Primetime in July 2003.

Primetime was previously part of Norden school, at one time containing the upper dining rooms. It has now been separated from the school and is used as a community centre.

The centre was opened on the 31st October 1992, by the Worshipful, The Mayor of Hyndburn, Councillor Mrs. M. C. Thom, and Mr. Terry Gennoe of Blackburn Rovers Football Club.

The premises contains several rooms for hire, as well as the youth club, and use of the gym and outdoor facilities.

The Centre is open from 9am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 10am to 4pm Saturday & Sunday.

Groups include Leisure, educational, community, social, and hobby groups. Early learning Pre school nursery group, Parent, Carers & Toddlers, Bumps and Babes pre and post natal, practical parenting, Drawing & Water colours, Computers,  Young Peoples Award Schemes, Mentor scheme for Young People linked to Norden school, Lancashire Wide Disability Information and Advice Line linked to DIAL UK. Various courses for people with learning disabilities, Adult Education courses, Seniors club, Brownies, Rainbows, Cycling Club, Photography club, Disability social club, and much more.
